  Orange Theory is the best fitness class I have ever taken. The Hackensack location is amazing. The staff is so nice and motivating. Money well spent!

  I joined Orangetheory when they first opened this location I have really enjoyed the classes they have a high intensity up beat pace. Their classes have pushed me much further than I would have ever pushed myself at the gym. Great atomosphere and great people to work with.

  OTF Hackensack is the best in the area. The location is new and clean. The coaches are the best around, so motivation and high energy. I feel so good after the classes. You will definitely see results if you stick to it.

  Far from your average gym, Orangetheory Fitness offers one of the most intense workouts you can do in one hour. The workout changes daily, the coaches are HIGH energy and you are never wasting even one minute while you're in class. Even through injury, Coach D has modified workouts to ensure I can get a good sweat going without injuring myself further. The coaches at OTF Hackensack go above and beyond to make sure each and every member is pushing themselves without risking energy. Not only are the workouts great, the staff is always coming up with new ways to motivate members to continue to attend classes and achieve their goals.

  Came to a trial class with a friend and I immediately loved it. It works all parts of ur body and you’re definitely leaving there sweaty! The instructor Raphael was amazing. I ended up signing up and I don’t regret it one bit. It’s a great addition to my fitness routine! Everyone has been super nice and encouraging!!!
