::I'm loving how hard I can push myself in these classes. The instructors are great and the vibe is too!

::I like that I never know what kind of workout it is going to be, so I can't avoid the days that involve workouts that aren't my favorite. I also like that people of all different fitness levels attend. Lewi has great playlists and Anne, Scott, and Charlie are super motivating to challenge yourself and do a great job at explaining what to do with each exercise. The team at the front desk is friendly and they liven up class when they attend. I also really like the accountability with my monitor to reach my splats and measure my trends from workout to workout.

::This is by far my least favorite Orange Theory. I've been to a half dozen since joining abut a year ago and this one has consistently been my least favorite. It's the closest one to my work so I keep trying to give it another shot but I just hate it. The front desk employees are consistently rude and the head coach I find unmotivating and judgmental. I think it's time I give up and go a bit further to locations that are more pleasant.

::I have been an Orange Theory member for several years now. The workout is amazing, the level of service is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The front desk girls here are by far the worst I have ever had to deal with in my history of customer service. They have ruined my workout for me countless times, and with a smile on their face. They turn you away from the class you've already paid for. I ask why? Because you aren't warmed up, and could hurt yourself. I train for half marathons, and just jogged here, il be fine. They still refuse to let you in. Not why I pay to come to a gym to make me miss 55 minutes of the 60 minute workout class.

::OTF is dynamic and matches the fitness level of the person engaging in the work out. The best way I can explain it is, when I started I could only walk during the treadmill portion of class. Walking at different inclines was enough to elevate my heart rate through all the zones. The last challenge I did (about a year later) I ran a 6:54 mile. Now when I'm on the treadmill, I have to run and run hard! The workouts adapt as you get in better shape, so no matter what your fitness level, you will get an appropriate challenge. I love it!
