    Orangetheory is my favorite workout I have ever done. It takes the headache out of planning a workout and every day is a new challenge. I have completely changed the way I think about exercise and I have made so many positive changes to my life as a result of wanting to continue to look and feel my best! I recommend it to everyone!

    I love going to Orangetheory. It's a great workout and it's challenging, but also allows you to take it at your own pace. My only complaint is the price, especially in city locations. I sadly probably won't be able to keep a membership for more than a few months at a time because of the cost.

    Love the people and have found I am driven to go back consistently. This is something I never did at other gyms. The unique workouts and the trainer support helps keep you going throughout the hour. Thank you!

    THE NUMBERS! Being able to quantify a workout is sometimes the most difficult part for me. By being able to see my results in real time, I can push (or pull back) as necessary. I feel it helps me get the most out of the work out by putting in not too much or too little effort, but just the right amount. The trainers have the perfect style for me as well. They don't yell negatively to anger you into doing better, and they don't give overly cheesy encouragement. They may stop by you during the workout to give you some personal encouragement and advice, but you don't feel like they're staring you down and micromanaging your workout. I love them!
