  Major Sweat Session in just 60 minutes! For all of you who think you're not a "gym person" but want to get movin' and shakin'- OTF is waiting for you. Been a member since the opening in November 2016 and I've never been in better overall physical shape. You will be pushed, you will be challenged, but you can do it! Coaches and fellow members will encourage you and remind you that the hard work will pay off. I love that it's a friendly environment and the only person you're competing against, is yourself! Go and get in the Orange Zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I recommend OrangeTheory Nanuet to everyone! I joined before the studio even opened and have never looked back. Every day is different, and I’m always challenged in new ways. Since joining OT I have significantly less orthopedic issues with my knees and have hit and broken multiple PRs on my 5Ks (thanks to those inclines!). Exactly what I needed to keep me in shape!

  Best workout of your life! The trainers are amazing and so helpful. The front desk staff makes you feel like family! It is really a one of a kind workout.

  Loved everything about my experience here this morning. I am visiting from Orlando & this Nanuet Team made me feel right at home. Coach Christine is on-point & has a ton of energy...she knows how to own a class. The front desk staff were sweet & welcoming. I will come back when I’m in town again.

  Awesome staff! Very welcoming! Traveling for business I visited the Nanuet Orangetheory and the staff and trainers are great! Felt like I was at my home studio!
