  The workout does the trick (45 lbs and counting) and time flies by. Lots of variation keeps it interesting. Love the coaches and staff here in B-Hill, but other locations do a consistent and great job too.

  I have completed 2 workouts - and they're great! I like the efficiency of the whole experience. From the app, to the heart-rate tracking, to the full-body workout --- I can tell how good this program is. Leaving class, I know how effective I was in that past hour, and I can track real numbers towards seeing real progress.And the coaches were super helpful on my first two classes, helping me with my form and understanding the technology used. Love the whole thing.

  Love coming to OTF! Great staff and great workouts! If you have never tried an OTF workout, DOIT!!!

  While visiting San Diego, I attended a class with a friend and it was one of the highlights of my visit..! I really enjoyed myself and the staff and environment were excellent. They clearly enjoy what they do and care about the participants. I would give them more stars if I could...! I am so thankful that my friend invited me to workout at this facility together. I had a blast!
