  Amazing, supportive and knowledgeable coaches. A great workout and you always feel accomplished after class. I’m someone who hates the gym but I love OTF!

  I love Orangetheory workouts! I revolve my whole schedule about getting to these classes, the New City team is so friendly and helpful. The coaches are so motivating and are always there to help and encourage the members to do their best. The workouts are made for everyone at all fitness levels.

  This is the best workout I've ever done.and the best shape I've ever been. The coaches and staff are all amazing and there is a great feeling of community with everyone you take class with. Life changer!
