  I was a little hesitant to try because I've done many different workout classes, but I am so happy I did. The first time is free. no strings attached what's better then that. Membership fees? what's that?! The style of the class is awesome you get a little bit of everything(strength training, cardio, stretching) with such an amazing after effect. The coaches are so motivating, encouraging, and knowledgeable. it is an overall awesome experience from the moment you book your first class. I highly recommend. it increase, stamina and endurance, strength, power, physical appearance and emotional, because you feel better about yourself.

  I just began Orangetheory Fitness on April 15, 2018 and so far, this has been the best workout of my life. I did all my research before signing up, watched a ton of reviews on YouTube by members across the world, and just knew it was for me. Thank you guys for being amazing... I love it here!!!!! If you are looking to be challenged, I highly recommend signing up :)

  Lots of energy, lots of motivation, great coaches, and I can definitely see improvement in myself. Love that it's time-bound (60 minutes--in, out, done) but at the end, you know that you've worked your ass off. Plus--it's FUN! How many gyms can say that?

  The best workout I’ve had. I’m a former collegiate athlete and half-marathon runner – so I’ve been working out for a very. Long. Time. There is so much to love about this workout: The intensity, the positive environment, that after-exercise surge of FEELING GREAT about what you’ve accomplished. Plus, I love that I can walk in and not have to plan my own workout. It’s already done for me! And, I'm able to do it at my own comfort level. In particular OT Poughkeepsie is staffed with energetic, friendly folks and trainers who know how to make the workout fun. I’ve taken classes with Cat and AJ and both have great personalities and fill their classes with positive words of encouragement. Highly, highly recommend OT Poughkeepsie.
