::This is a heart rate based full body workout program combining elements of rowing, running (or power walking) and weights. The goal is to obtain at least 12 minutes at 84% of your maximum heart rate. Each day is a different workout featuring strength, power, or endurance. There are also "Holiday-themed" workouts as well, for example the 12 days of fitness. The instructors keep an eye on everyone to make sure they are performing the exercises correctly and to provide encouragement. Bring a water bottle, you will need it. Aside from the great workout, the company sponsors charitable events as well. Doing the classes over the winter helped my cycling now. I can ride at a consistently higher heart rate than before.

::Great workout. They keep it motivating and fun. Each class is definitely something different. A little inflexible with taking away classes even if the error is on their end. Otherwise a good experience.

::High intensity circuit training. You’ll never do very heavy weights and sometimes it’s difficult to work on your best form when classes are too crowded. Otherwise, great workout for the money. I recommend.

::Was so excited to try this new workout..Called ahead to book a trial class, front desk girl said to come in as long as there's a spot available and I come early and I can join. I came early and spot was available but was told to go home because they didn't have a chance to introduce me to the instructor. I guess if they did that before showing me how to put on a heart rate monitor and fill out forms I could have met the instructor. Very disappointing experience and not a very nice way to treat potential clients

::Great location. Love interval training with Leon. Nicole and Matt. These instructors will keep an eye on your form, encourage your workouts and crank out the tunes while pushing you farther than you would ever do yourself in an open gym on your own.
