  This places deserves more than 5 stars, if it wasn't for Henry the manager I would have thrown out my vacuum thinking it was broken. Not only did Henry help me find the right part but he offered me a quick tutorial on how to use the machine correctly. He showed me the inner workings of the belt and how it should be operated. If you are looking for an honest business with people that go above and beyond to help look no more. Henry will be the only guy I consult with when it comes to anything Vacuum related. Thanks Again, Henry!!

  Excellent customer service! Explained any question I had, also took my old vaccumes and gave credit towards an already low price on a new one! Could not be more pleased
