  Always crowded. Always slow. Nashville needs to either drop the annual requirement for emission testing or open 2 dozen new centers. As it stands now it’s a racket; waste a bunch of gas and an hour and a half of your time every year... it’s get old fast.

  I hate getting emissions testing every year just like everyone else. The staff at all of the opus stations I've been to are courteous and get me through the line as easily as can be.

  The absolute worst experience ever. I just waited 30 mins for an inspection and the attendant would not take my debit card. Even though their sign says they take debit cards. I didn’t have a check or cash so he told me I’d have to go to an atm. I left to get cash, came back and the jerk made me go to the back of the line. I just waited another 30 mins, wasting additional time that I’ll never get back. He acted like he enjoyed doing that to me too, like he got off on it. If he had miserable in life everyone else should have to be miserable with him. I can’t stand people like that. No kindness, just a complete ass hole who hates his life enjoying pissing other people off. Happy Monday.

  They are always kind and helpful. You need to get here when they open because later in the afternoon there is a long line. So best to do it early in the morning. My emissions inspection cost 9 dollars.

  The guy who helped me named Billy Robin was absolutely RUDE! It was my first time to do the inspection so I didn’t know the procedure. I was expecting someone who will be nice and guide me through, but all he did was yelling at me. Absolutely rude! Guess he hates his life.
