::STAY AWAY !!!The review is not just for the Bayonne location but the Essex street location as well. My child has been going to the Essex st. Location for years since it was always very difficult to get an appointment in the Bayonne location. After COVID, the wait to get an appointment was days/ weeks even if your child is sick. Today I called to get an appointment anywhere because my sons fever isn’t going away and I can smell the sickness. They told me the Essex st. Location no longer accepts my sons insurance!! I wasn’t notified, I would have made arrangements to get him at another pediatrician if that was the case. After going back and forth they told me the Bayonne office manager would call me within an hour to try to get my son seen, that was four hours ago. I personally spoke to someone in the Bayonne office and they told me they only had Saturday appointments but the doctor doesn’t take my child’s insurance either. I’m left having to go to a city md or er for a fever because they’re not able to see my sick child. They’re not accommodating at all!!! Update: someone from The Bayonne Office named Yaritza called on behalf on the manager and told me to bring my child to the ER and all they can offer me is a follow up appointment. A joke. They’re a joke.

::This review is for just the Bayonne office. If you can take your kid anywhere else please do. I have been trying to reach them for over a month to find my kid's blood work and I'm getting no answer. They either don't pick up or put me on hold for over an hour. I've used their message app and everything and still nothing. HORRIBLE.

::If your child is sick it's impossible to see a doctor. 1 hour waiting on the phone and they offered to me video call with the doctor for tomorrow. The day we should see the doctor through zoom I got call from doctors office and they refused to have us, only in person but in person they could make an appointment in a week!!! They short in staff, would never recommend any one.

::Called Riverside call center for an appointment today 11/11/22 all they were doing was picking up the phone and hanging up. So I took my son to the office on Broadway in Bayonne so he can be seen , he is 20 yrs and very sick coughing, wheezing, headache. Guess what the manager Krystal turned me away. She state nurse practitioner Singh doesn’t want anyone patients. Please don’t take your children to this office , they’re the worst place to take our children, no compassion.

::This rating is for this branch only as this practice is located across NJ. I had an appointment for 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25am. I'm not a new patient. I wasn't seen until 9:30am. Do patients have the ability to ask for a late fee from the practice? It's absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible of them to schedule a time that they can't honor. Also, their waiting room is too small for the volume of patients. Folks, including myself, were standing for 30+ minutes.
