  My first appointment for dental they had me waiting for 30+ mins even though I had a scheduled appointment and about 3 patients were taken before I was. My second appointment was scheduled for 8:15 am, I came to be ignored at the door then told to come back at 9am because they’re in a meeting. I didn’t receive any call or notice, it is highly unprofessional and they do not care to waste your time.

  The service is unbelievably poor. You make appointments for a particular time for telehealth, only to have the doctor call at a totally different time, or not call at all. Don’t even try getting someone on the phone to create an appointment because you simply hold for minutes on end, only to have someone pick up and put you right back on hold. This is one of the most frustrating places to deal with. How do they even continue to be in business?!

  Horrible Service - They Just care about their billing. I've had numerous tests ordered with no follow up on any of them. When I call to ask, they make me set an appointment 4-6 weeks away, for TELEHEALTH and then don't call. After being on hold for 45 minutes I'm told they can only answer questions on 1 issue and I need to make another appointment for the next question. You aren't even dealing with real doctors, just physician assistants. Obviously billing for multiple "visits" and tests are their only concern. Avoid at all cost.

  The absolute worst place. They set dates and time and then they dont adhere to them. Oh but if show up on time you can literally wait 2 hours to be seen for 5 min. They never call in your prescriptions and then want you to make another appointment so they can call the pharmacy. Had to go to get a second opinion because they are google doctors. I can self diagnose why did i bother. Needless to say i am no longer a patient. But wait they will reply to this review to contact them but they are full of Feces its only to show face.

  The military on site assisting this pop up station were amazing and professional. The nurses and staff were very diligent and kind. Aside from the wait outside on a cold day. This site was great for no appointment or referral necessary. They give you detailed instructions on how to retrieve your results. Logging into their portal, downloading the app, or via text. Your pcr results will get back to you within 5 days.
