  Have an eye condition which requieres a detailed prescription which needs to be completed with precision or it will result in worsening condition. Had my glasses done the way they need to be done and got them mailed to my home.

  Same here...they didn't want to give back my prescription. Next time I'm calling the cops to get it back. Worst ever.

  Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. They refuse to give my husband his prescription because he didn't want to purchase any glasses. These people are money hungry.
