  Slightly eclectic, but still classy. My food and coffee were both delicious. My only "complaint" is that you have to order food from the grill, then coffee from the barista, resulting in two lines and two transactions for food and fancy coffee. I would definitely visit again, though. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

  So many choices of food. An alcohol bar as well as a Smoothie/Juice/Coffee and more bar. The chicken strips are delicious as well as the biscuits and gravy. The chicken and waffles were much different that what is as used to, the waffle is almost savory, rather may sweet but still very good. The drinks are great and the juice and smoothie bar is always amazing. Gotta go back and try some more !

  What a wonderful place for your morning coffee or full on breakfast. After a visit to the City Market we set out for breakfast. I’ve walked by this establishment many times but never stopped in. I’ll admit, I am disappointed in myself for not coming sooner. Their coffee bar rivals that of any national chain. They can mix up your drinks with the best of them. If you’re in need something a little stronger, perhaps to help with your hangover from the night before, they have a full service bar with a friendly bartender waiting to help. When we first walked in I was thing they’d have the normal coffee shop breakfast like muffins, pastries or an egg sandwich. Boy was I wrong! The offer a full breakfast menu with some amazing items! We went with the Chicken & Waffles and the French toast. Both were delicious. We didn’t end up getting anything from the bakery but trust me it’s on my to do list the next time I’m in Kansas City. They don’t offer table service so you just walk on to the counter, order your food, take your number and wait for all that deliciousness to be delivered to you. Enjoy!

  Opera House has a unique atmosphere as opposed to the other local coffee shops. For me, I use it when I'm meeting with other people, rather than seeking to work alone. There are several large tables, a somewhat noisy atmosphere, and it features a bar. It's an excellent location, but you may want to visit another shop if you're hoping to find a quiet setting to study, work, or read.

  Comfortable place to sit and enjoy lunch while visiting the Arabian Steamship museum. There is a coffee shop, bar, and walk up counter to order food. We ordered panini sandwiches and salads and sat at one of the available tables. The food was very good and well priced. The decor was fun with antiques and items representing the theatre district where it's located. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.
