  My experience at Open Road was exceptional because of three gentlemen. Adam Links, Greg Della Penna, and Joshua Bradley were outstanding. All three men were efficient and professional in my car purchase from start to finish. I would highly recommend that you see these men if you are in the market for a car.

  I recently bought a used car and I could not be happier with the car and service I received from Open Road Acura of Wayne. With the assistance of Pedro Diaz, I was able to buy the car I wanted with a fair price. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Also very helpful in translation to my mother who primarily speaks Spanish. Overall the dealership and salesperson took the stress that is often brought with car buying. I thank Pedro and open road for making it better and enjoyable experience. Also many thanks the Freddie for further assistance.

  Had to get a new car after my old one got totaled. I went to 5 or so different dealerships but this one stood out. The Building is very clean and welcoming. The sales rep who worked with me, Chris, was very professional and personable without being pushy. I ended up putting a hundred dollars down for them to hold a vehicle I was interested in while I searched a few other dealerships. In the end I ended up going with a different car at a different dealership, they refunded me my hundred dollars, no questions asked, without any backhanded holding fees or anything like that. Grade A experience, I would recommend this dealership over most dealerships I've dealt with.

  I recently purchased an Acura TL here and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Waldo answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. It was my birthday and he even put a bow on my car for me! Everyone who found out it was my birthday went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday. It was quick and easy dealing with the finances. The gentleman who helped me through that was very informative and personable. If you're looking to purchase an Acura I highly recommend this dealership.

  Fast and Efficient!" - Acura TL I had been looking for a weeks for an Acura MDX. Found a very nice clean, one owner 2011 Acura. Scott and Elka Green, worked with me on getting the deal done.
