  Caitlyn in dental front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She is mean on the phone. She is very bad fit for the type of place she is working at. People must be caring in medical and dental field not like her who doesnt care. She is bad for patients and for business and shuldnt be working there at all. Its not a place for her.

  I went there for severe stomach pain and the plan was to test me for h pylori and if i get a false neg from the meds i was taking then repeat the test in 2 wks. When i went to drop off the first sample i waited 40 min for someone to simply come up and grab my specimen. It ended up being negative, which i received a text informing me 2 wks later i called to see if i can drop off another sample in a sterile cup from the hospital that i work in so i didn't have to make an extra trup there and they said yes. I brought it in and after 45 min of arguing they still wont send my sample because they say that i need another appointment to go over my neg lab result. Really? I'm an rn and it's neg and we already had a treatment plan established in my chart calling for a 2nd sample. I leave with them saying the dr will call me tomorrow, she never did. I called 3 more times over the wk without being allowed to talk to my dr and without the promised call back. Finally after 5 days i was able to talk to a nurse who said they will repeat my test. Just over one wk after giving them my sample and not getting any results, i called. Everytime i call i wait on hold for an average of 10 min. This time after 10 min they accidentally hung up on me and i had to call back and wait on hold for an additional 8 min. They then told me that my results have been in and i asked when they received then, they had them for a wk! I asked why i wasn't notified and they said a dr had to go over them. I replied then they must be positive since they text neg results and why hasn't anyone contacted me? Finally i speak with a nurse who tellls me it's neg and the dr's call to go over all results even neg. Then why was i texted last time? And how could you leave a patient in pain and not give her the results for a wk. This is by far the worst office that i have ever ever gone to. Do not ever go here

  I just wanted to tell you the Doctor is very professional very good. only in the dental department the secretary is very improfecional she is rude with me all the time when I go there.

  Today I was a new patient and I can say I am very pleased with the service Wonderful friendly staff was seen very quickly definitely recommend

  The staff was so friendly and kind.. Put me at ease with my concerns Clean, quiet and nice office... will definitely be going there from now on...... 👍🏽
