::I took the Tuesday Candlelight Flow class with Katherine and it was excellent! I haven't been taking yoga for a while and the class was a really good way of getting back into it. The studio atmosphere is very nice and calm. Props and mats were provided (you can bring your own if you'd like). Great class, friendly teachers and staff!
