  I must say that I am surprised by the positive reviews, one of the reasons I purchased a dining set from OneWay. I ordered a dining set and was not given any tracking information as to when the set was shipped or when I could expect it. I got home to find a huge box in front of my door. The box was torn and taped up but didn't save the table. The damage was so bad that I called and sent pictures. the next day. A new set was ordered and I was told it would arrive between Feb 1 and 5th. Wonder of wonders it arrived on Jan 30. Again there was damage to the top of the table and when I called to inquire what I was to do with both sets, I was told to re-pack the furniture and they would have it picked up. I asked if I could donate the two sets to Habitat and was told no. I will be buying the same set at a local furniture store where I know the service will be satisfactory and I won't have to do any lifting! Again, I would never recommend buying from this company EVER!!!!

  Very good customer service and how they handled the issue. Rachel was great. I know them from long time, I’m surprised by the performance, this service growing every day, I found all of their customers are happy Im very happy how they handled the situation. Wonderful experience. Full satisfied at their services. Recommended !!

  Absolutely pleased with the service provided here. Arrived when they said it would, was helped with the actual delivery part and it was not just left at the curb. Its a good online shop
