  This review has only to do with the customer service from management. After almost 2 years of using this service on almost a daily basis (and mind you I was not a monthly permit holder) I find rather incredible to believe that this business doesn't care about their customers or clientele. As a manager myself, I can tell when a customer is trying to take advantage of something, or if it was an honest mistake. Apparently in here is more important to get $27 one time over 40 min than the possible $300 a week that they could get from my business when correcting this inconvenience. You might want to reconsider retraining the people you have as a Manager at this location.

  It's big with 4 floors. Plenty of parkers will need to leave their keys if they block in another car, but you can usually find a solo spot on the P4 floor without having to leave your keys behind.
