  When I called, I was scheduled for 4-6 pm, because Rob was in another call. Around 8 pm I was reschedule for the next day, something I did not mind because Lupita and another staff member kept me informed of the other job that Rob said took him close to midnight to finish. When Rob showed up at my old home, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got to work and in no time he had fixed a broken hot water pipe $ 498.00 I would have gladly given them 10 star review if possible.

  One Call Houston Plumbing put in a brand new a/c unit system in my older home. All of the guys were very professional and made us feel very comfortable.   Rob with One Call came out and performed a gas leak detection in my home. He was very informative and courteous. After the test I was assured that I don't have any gas leak in the house. While he was in the attic, he also pointed out that I have rusty pipes on my water heater. He was very professional and did not push me into buying additional services. Overall, I would definitely use One Call again in the future.

  Very satisfied! We called at 8am to fix a clogged tub drain and we're given an 11-3 window when they could come out. I asked for the earliest available time as we needed the tub functional ASAP. They called back and said Rob would be out at 11. Rob arrived and was nothing but professional and courteous the entire time. We talked through the issue, he trouble shot, and came up with multiple solutions. It ended up being a very easy fix that didn't require any additional work! $50 for the trip fee and we had a working tub! It would've been very easy for someone to not have checked everything and just replaced the drain. A+ on all accounts!
