  Outstanding class with Jodi using several apparatuses including the jumpboard, box, ring, ball, chair and weights throughout the class. Jodi keeps the class interesting with the variety of exercises and provides clear instruction and watches/corrects form as necessary. Looking forward to my next class. Fantastic challenging class with Pattie! She is a wonderful instructor who gives precise explanations making it very easy to follow and ensure correct alignment and form. Pattie provide corrections/modifications to our form whenever necessary and advised regarding the importance of proper form. Always look forward to my classes with Pattie. Amazing Pilates Reformer/TRX with Lori. Enjoyed both the challenging Pilates Reformer and TRX though TRX was extremely challenging for my first time. Lori provided wonderful focused attention, motivation and instruction on proper form. Looking forward to my next class. There are so many styles/options of classes offered in the 2 studios. Love the stretching during and at the end of class. Amazing first visit to OnCore Pilates for my private session with Lexi. Great challenging workout focusing on form and breathing. Cannot wait until my next class. Great ambiance for a pilates studio - very posh and inviting. Pleasantly surprised to find ample parking.

  I never miss one of my 3x per week classes! Great variety of teachers! Wonderful nurturing environment.

  I tried a first time demo class and I joined on the spot. This is what I have been looking for. I can't wait for my new body to arrive.

  Lori and the instructors at OnCore Pilates are amazing. I suffered with back pain for years and now by doing Pilates at OnCore, it helped strengthen my core and my back issues have virtually disappeared. This is truly the best total body workout from head to toe.
