  Very strange practices when it comes to purchasing items. Don't plan on them actually purchasing any of them at all. It's a waste of time to even bring them. Even if they're new in the package which some of the ones we brought were they still didn't buy them. Very weird place

  I like this store I find everything that I need for my 3 kiddos the staff are very nice and always help

  I brought my emotional support dog with me, who is 20 lbs may I add, and the women who worked there told me I had to carry him the whole time. If my dog had been a lab I would not have been able to carry him and would have had to leave the store. I was also looking at the high chairs and all of them were dirty! The place was not clean and smelled horrific. An employee also stated how unsafe the bathroom was and yet they did nothing about it. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

  This place has change the customer service is poor, the only time I see customer service is when the owner is in there. A few months ago I purchased a bouncer from them for $45 dollars that was missing a small piece, I wasn't to concerned about it so I bought it anyways. I usually take my kids things there when they out grow it l, and when I tried taking this back along with other items they told me they could not take it because of the missing piece. I was not happy whatsoever only because I bought the bouncer that way from them. The whole time that girl stayed on the business for having conversation, and the other girl was just rude all around. Did not feel welcomed at all. Never returning there again!
