::Called Shawn for an appointment and he was able to get us on the schedule in less than a week. When he showed up, he was very professional, and was able to get the job done in a couple short hours. While our carpet had only a few imperfections before, he left it like new. Would definitely recommend!

::Shawn has been cleaning the carpets at my home for years. He always does an amazing job and really takes his time to make sure it is done right and is very clean. Had to convert my property to a rental when I got a job out of Tucson. Called Shawn when the Renters were moving out and they just had Stanley Steamer come and clean the carpets on one of the room specials... Stanley did a terrible job and there were stains where my tenant had their furniture. Shawn fit me in the next day and got all of the stains out!!! If you want a local person that is going to show up on time, take the time to do the job right the first time call Shawn! He has done the tile in my home also and it came out great!

::He did an excellent job. I had some very high traffic areas and he was able to refresh them and made the rooms look very fresh and clean. He exceeded my expectations by even cleaning the front bedroom and the closets. He was very through, respectful and a very hard worker. I will definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

::Purchased a voucher through Amazon Local on 8 Nov 13 called for appointment 13 Nov left message, no response. Called again 21 Nov left message, no response. Called once again 26 Nov had to leave message but this time got a return call the next day. I was told he was too busy with Groupon and Amazon Local stuff until after the New Year so I set up an appointment for 9 AM 2 Jan 14. 9 Jan 14 at 9:45 AM no show, called him and had to leave message again (voice mail said he was very busy because of the Groupon response). 10:15 called me back and said he did not have me scheduled for today, only somebody named Rick. Told him I had already moved all the furniture and set up the room for carpet cleaning so I would go ahead and do it myself so I started cleaning the carpet myself. 9 Jan 14 11:00 AM he rang my door bell and asked if I was Rick, when I said no he asked if the phone number he had was correct which it wasn’t. He also didn’t have Rick’s address and appeared very confused, I suggested he call Rick and ask him and leave my house. Since I was already half done cleaning the carpet myself I no longer had need of his services. I will admit throughout this I was growing more and more frustrated. Whoever he is, he never identified himself; he should not be in business without supervision. When he visited here he was wearing headphones the entire time, and listening to music, couldn’t operate his phone, and was a general mess.

::We had an appointment with another cleaner that we had booked a month in advance. When that cleaner cancelled on us less than 24 hours before the appointment, we called On Time Carpet Services, and Shawn managed to squeeze us in just two days later. He was flexible and did a great job. Definitely recommended.
