  I have been training Capoeira for 4+ years in different cities and countries and really enjoy training with Jeff and Tara. It is a great atmosphere and a good group. They know how to teach and really help you develop physically and in all the other aspects of Capoeira. If you have not seen or tried Capoeira, I highly recommend coming in and trying a class.
