  THIS DRESS SHOP IS VERY CLEAN WITH AN EXTREMELY WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF. THE DRESSES ARE GORGEOUS, HOWEVER ALSO PRICED A BIT ON THE HIGH END. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GOOD QUALITY DRESSES ARE GOING TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE.

  I am a proud single dad; with that in mind, dress shopping for my daughter is never easy. I have tried the the mall stores, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and more with ZERO success and horrible help from salespersons. A friend of mine recommended Omnibus Fashions in Babylon. I finally had some time to take my daughter for a Junior Prom dress. We entered the store and she was in heaven. A massive selection and the store was buzzing! We waited a bit, but it was worth every minute. The sales people were more than accommodating and basically handled it all, I mean honestly - what does a dad know anyway? They were wonderful and made me feel comfortable as a dad - they definitely took the stress out of shopping. It's not easy being that single dad taking your teenager for a prom dress! I just wanted to take the time to sincerely thank the entire staff at Omnibus for a top notch experience. I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful. My daughter is thrilled and you are now my 'go to' for all of her dress needs. THANK YOU!

  This dress store was an atrocity. We drove 30 minutes to get to this store with the intention to buy. After going there and not even recieving a glance from any of the employees, we put our name on a list for assistance. They made us wait for over 40 minutes, again without a glance or a word given our way. They blatantly put people before us on their list and knew how long we’ve been there. When they finally called us, they said since it was a holiday week (which it wasn't... it was Janurary 26) we couldn’t get help because we weren’t with a parent. Ask not only did they make us wait that long without even an inkling of their so called “policy” but they were belligerent when we were telling them it wasn’t a holiday. My school was open all week and we didn’t have off, yet they insisted we did. I am never going back there and they lost a lot of business from me and my friends today.

  This is the second year we have been to Omnibus for my daughter's Proms. The selection of dresses were outstanding both years and the women who work there make it their mission to fit the body type of every customer that walks through the door. The fittings went perfect and any concerns were addressed quickly and fixed immediately. They also have a large selection of accessories that we absolutely loved. I would recommend them for any occasion and a huge thank you to Paula, Karen, and the entire staff for making our experience so wonderful.

  So my prom is in 2 weeks and I just realized that the dress I had couldn't be altered to fit me. I was horrified. So my mom and I went here to hopefully find a dress and get it altered in time. When we got there, we were told that they couldn't do alterations because they were backed up on orders, but we could still get a dress. So I decided to try a few dresses on anyway because what did I have to lose? The first dress I tried on was perfect and the woman that was helping me put it on was very nice and helpful. I knew that I wanted this dress but it did need to be altered at the top and hemmed at the bottom. I had asked the associate if there was any way that they could make these minor alterations. She asked the seamstress and they were able to fit me in! I was so happy. 3 days later I got a call that it was altered and ready to pick up. I now have a dress for prom thanks to Omnibus Fashions.
