  Amazing, detail oriented and quality service. I had 3 licensed and supposedly legitimate companies come to look at a toilet that would not work. They were all telling me that I needed to tear out a newly tiled floor, that it was a trap problem. I called Omni. After asking me some questions, Jon diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone! Not only was he correct, but he addressed a problem that had been an issue for years and that other plumbers had never caught. The problem was not even under my floor, so the other guys would have wreaked my floor for no reason.Since then, I've called Omni for other issues, including an emergency. Excellent service every single time.

  Jon of Omni Plumbing helped me out of a jam! My under-mount sink fell out of its bracket mounts and compressed all the plumbing beneath the kitchen sink. I was able to reattach the sink, but the trap and drain still leaked. Jon came over and instead of overcharging me for a new trap, simply replaced the gaskets and saved me the cost of the trap. That was very honest of him, he could have taken advantage of my limited plumbing knowledge.
