  Relocated to Florida last year, second increase as of today. Rented the smallest unit and the rate will be reaching beyond my afford ability very soon. Big mistake. Go to uhaul storage instead.

  The place is okay... I use it to store my mom's things. The prices are reasonable and the times that you can access the space are reasonable as well. You just call in to pay every month. The lady at the front desk was so nice (forgive me for not remembering her name). You can access the space by walking towards the back where you will see a white door. You just punch in your code and you go in. Do not panic if all the lights are off - they work on a timer. You just turn them back on and then the cut off after some time. Note: If you use the hand trucks please put them back in the place where you picked it up.

  Place is garbage they claim they mail information they sentd it to wrong adress santiago is the worst don't know how to speak to people then increases the rent year after year . Don't trust them

  The worst Mr Santiago who runs this place is a scam artist don't know how to talk to people. Very rude once they have you you are stuck. Every year increasing price without notice. When you try to speak don't want to bother and having you call someone else.
