  I was weary of going here after reading these reviews, but you have to experience this office for yourself. I called and Charlotte answered the phone. She was very kind, verified my insurance, answered all my questions, and told me to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. She also let me know up front about the no children above 18 months old policy, and the reason being is that the waiting room is too small for every patient to bring their kids (they see a lot of people). When I showed for my appointment the front desk was courteous to me. I didn't have any problems. I actually was called back earlier than my appointment time, and Dr. Stephanie Pickel did not make me wait long at all. She is very direct but she asks all the right questions, and allowed me to actually ask my own. I think a lot of these patients in the comments need to calm down it was not that bad, but I will update this if anything changes.

  Dr. Holley is an amazing doctor but expect extremely long wait times for ultrasounds and regular appointments at this location. I arrive 15mins early to every appointment but I always end up waiting at least 30 mins past my appointment time for each visit. Also don’t try to bring your kids unless they are in an infant carrier or they will ask you to reschedule since kids aren’t allowed anywhere in the building. The communication between the staff could also use some work. I’ve had a few issues with scheduling but they called me to fix their mistakes promptly. Love my doctor but I’ll probably see her at another location for future pregnancies.

  I have been going to Dr. Reese-Holley for over 2 years and she is wonderful! She is caring, thorough, patient, very knowledgable and professional. It is evident she genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. She answers all my questions with patience and kindness and ensures I am always comfortable. I am very pleased I have chosen such a great doctor! The staff is friendly and appointments move quickly.

  If you go to this office then you have to see Nan Davies! She is the best Nurse Practitioner ! She is so patient and tells you exactly what to expect when you see her. She has a soft comforting voice and her wait times are fast! I highly recommend seeing her as your healthcare provider! Also Lucy the girl in the front is really nice but she is extremely shy sometimes people you think are rude are just shy people so get over it!

  I really love Nan ! She takes her time with me and and at every appointment she asks me if I have any more questions. She is the only provider in the practice that is not on call so my appointments are always in and out. Thank you Nan for being so awesome! PS they might not allow children but who would want to take their kid to get a papsmear that is really weird?!
