Good park. Could use seats for people.

Larger than most neighborhood dog parks, plus terrain is reasonably level. No place for people to sit, no water source for people or dogs. Neighbors opposite hate it because visitors compound the shortage in street parking. Fun for dogs, though!

Great dog park. People are very considerate and clean up after their pups.

Very clean, I love how it's one of those small Pittsburgh neighborhood parks. VERY CLEAN! Best dog park in Pittsburgh! Everyone and all the dogs that hang out there are wonderful and nice. The dog park ideas big enough so your dog can run fast and fast!

I live near Olympia Park, and am mainly there on weekend mornings and some evenings after work. I've lived in the neighborhood for nearly fifteen years and am so glad to see the park being more fully utilized. My dog loves it, but just as importantly, it gets me out of my house, moving, and being with other people. I'm friendly, but fairly reclusive, so this has been good for my mental health. It's a big change for people whose homes directly border the park, and most of them are not happy about the big, quiet, empty park they used to enjoy as an extension of their yard becoming much more highly trafficked. Change is hard, and I can't say I wouldn't be a bit unhappy if I were them, but it is a public park owned by all the residents of the city, not just the small handful of homes bordering the park. That being said, please be respectful of the folks who live here when you visit the park, and park only in designated parking spots, pick up after your dogs both inside and outside of the fenced in dog park, and keep the noise level down early in the morning or later in the evening. Other than that, enjoy meeting and befriending lots of new folks and their dogs!
