::Friend recommended this place to me. Great place to find gifts or even stones and gems to help with energy.

::I was excited to visit this place in search of gifts for the holidays. I knew that I was going to buy something here, I just didn't know what. But I ended up not buying anything. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the sight of dozens and dozens of small boxes stacked everywhere. There was a small aisle in between, but two people could not pass each other. That didn't dissuade me though. I began to look around for the perfect specimen. As I was lifting up the lid of a box underneath another box, the owner (male) told me to not so that as the lids would break. I apologized politely and didn't do it again. I continued to look through several boxes for the next 5 minutes. I would open a lid, look at the contents (each piece was priced individually), then place the lid back on carefully and gently place it on a stack farther back. After going down several boxes, I put the stack back in the order it had been in. No one else was in the store, so I wasn't blocking the way. As I was looking over the cactus quartz, the owners wife said loudly, "Okay. No more looking in the boxes. Put the boxes away." I was confused, as the majority of their stock is in boxes. And like I said, I was being very careful and gentle with everything. I said politely, "Oh. Okay." Then I left without making a purchase. What the hell is wrong with these people? If you don't want people to look at your stock, then at least have some of it laying out. These people were so unprofessional. I would've been a big repeat customer, because I loved some of the stuff they had, but goddamn. I'll buy it off of the internet before I go back there to support that business.

::Ology has been top on our list of Old Sacramento βmust-goβ stores for many years. The Shaman proprietor is kind and knowledgeable. We buy sage bundles, metaphysical candles, gemstones, gifts and incense. Small business like this continues to need your support. It has always been a pleasure to shop here. Just tell him what you need.
