::Called to price out a boat trailer. Asked specifically for stainless disc brakes (meaning calipers and rotors). They could not tell me if the those components were stainless or if it was only one of those components as many other trailer companies try to sell. I have been trailering for years and I know what I want. I was surprised that they would not make a call to their supplier to clarify. I will be buying a new trailer. Just not here.

::My husband had an issue with our landscaping and twenty-something boat trailer. My husband called quite possibly every trailer and a few auto body shops in Suffolk and Nassau county, event went so far as to call over to Connecticut. Bottom line is this place may not the be the best to look at but they have what no one on the island has in parts. They not only had the parts my husband needed for both of our trailers but they had several in stock. My husband is happy which makes me happy! Bravo, All trailer warehouse!

::snotty on the phone. Refused to install a brand new brake controller because I didn't purchase it at his store. Ive used him before and hes completely overpriced. old man works slow and charges by the hour, 100.00 an hour..lol. NO THANKS! besides that works prehistorically outside in a tent
