::Terrible customer service. Not worth the cost. First I was a new client I arrived 5 minutes early and was checked in but I was not taken back until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. When I was finally taken back it was by Im guessing the stylist assistant who did not talk to me at all while she washed my hair. Then I was taken to the stylist as she stood at her station waiting for me she said hi and disnt shake my hand for proper introductions. She then spoke to me about what I wanted which was a simple hair cut. During the process of cutting my hair she tangled my hair and pulled the knots out she created aggressively not as they should have been brushed out as there is a technique. As she blow dryed mt hair she burned me on 6 different occassions then I was charged over $60 for this terrible service and cut. To say I felt butchered is being modest. I wont be back as Ive been given better service elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!!

::I have been going to this salon for several years, but I will never go back. In an effort to help others, I'm sharing what happened. First, they raised the prices pretty significantly without telling their customers (they did send emails about sales on products, so they tell what they want to). Different stylists have different prices, but they don't tell you that when you book. They charge a fortune (up to $45) for a blow-dry (not blow out, just to get your hair dried after it's colored). Okay, so here's where it all went south. I was willing to put up with all of that craziness with money because I really like my stylist. Because of construction on the freeway near the salon, I took a different route. Being caught by a train and getting lost made me a little late (I called to let them know). When I got there, the stylist said she was going to use a color accelerator that would make the processing take fifteen minutes instead of forty. She said that it would work well and wouldn't fade. When I was drying my own hair before I left the salon, I could tell the color was not quite right, but the salon was closing, and I thought it might be better after it was washed. My stylist was going out of town and then I went out of town on business. After less than ten days, I was already grey again at the part and the temples. I called the salon and booked an appointment to get it fixed. I was coming back into town that weekend and booked for Tuesday, the next day the salon was open. A couple of hours later, a message was left on my voice mail saying that since that appointment would be after the two week guarantee (that I had never heard of), I would have to pay the full price for the color. This is after I had spent literally thousands of dollars at that salon over the years. I called back and was told that the front desk wouldn't have made that decision - my stylist would have made that decision. I was also told that a manager could override the decision, but there was no manager in the salon for the rest of the week. I cancelled the appointment and all future ones I had booked. I did eventually talk with the manager, who told me that she was standing by their policy (that they had never even told me about) and would not fix my hair. She told me that she was sorry "if" I didn't feel that it had been handled right. I hate leaving a poor review after many great haircuts there, and I love my stylist, but I would absolutely not go here. They do not stand by their (very expensive) work, and they do not value their clients, even those who have been going there a long time. It's fine if you never have a problem, but if you do, you're on your own. This is not a salon designed to serve clientele. It's designed to fleece them.
