  Great place to learn about the petroleum industry in Brea. So much history, great short hiking trails and beautiful views.

  The trail is a little gem, its only two miles long but you get a great view. You need to be fit to climb up the trail. Just follow the sign.

  Great hiking trail and indoor/outdoor museum with tables for a picnic. The man volunteering that day actually grew up at the location and his family was heavily involved in the oil fields. He answered all my four year olds questions (and my husbands) and made it a very special day for my family.

  Authentic oil well equipment from the early 1900's. I liked the cable powerhouse, the wells were operated by steel cables from the powerhouse. They have an old oil pump with hit or miss gas engine and huge wooden flywheel, hope they can get it running again.
