  One of the employees contacted back to me and are sending me the correct arrangement due to the error. I really appreciate them getting back to me and for doing this. Can't wait to receive them next week.

  Perfection: Customer service, phone service, plants, price...Wendy did it all, and she took time to send photos of my options. One delivery was made within 2 hours, the second ordered in the late afternoon was delivered early the next day. The plants are healthy and made my recipients very happy! Old Town is my go-to florist from now on! BTW, I'm still waiting for one of the highly rated florists to return my call....

  Wendy and staff provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding. The time she spent with me when I flew out from Ct was so appreciated. I knew that my daughter had chosen well when Wendy explained her ideas.The flowers were extraordinary from rehearsal dinner to bridesmaids and bride, ceremony site to reception venue. Wendy provided a uniquely special atmosphere each time. I wish that she lived closer so I could think of more events to use her services. Six days later and my daughter's bouquet still looks terrific!! Thank you, Wendy! I would give your business as many stars as I could be provided!! Eileen in Connecticut
