  I would suggest never buying anything from this establishment!!! I should of done a little more research and read the reviews before I made a purchase!. I bought a washer and dryer set exactly 3 months ago almost to the day. Justin assured me they were a nice set, and that if anytime in the future they needed repair it would be cheap! Well my dryer quit, I called for them to come out. They sent a repair guy. He told me it was one thing and my total was gonna be 150.00. Ok well I was pissed because that was almost what I paid for it. After he puts the rollers on its making the same noise. So he says I broke the belt, so I have to go back to the store I'll be right back. I don't think he broke the belt, I think that was the original problem. Because the rollers that he replaced look almost brand new. I still have them. So he comes back, replaces the belt. The dryer is still making the same noise! And he says I don't know what's wrong with it, I can't fix it. Seriously? Ok then he says well for 175.00 I can bring you another dryer. I asked him why the hell would I pay for another dryer, when you can't fix this one I have only had for 90 days? He said I'm sorry. Then to top it all off he had ripped a hole in my vynal floor, under the dryer! So now I'm stuck with a dryer that doesn't work and a floor that needs to be replaced. For a company that preaches customer satisfaction, they sure do suck at it!!

  I bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer all from here for a nice packaged price. Justin and his employees were a pleasure to work with. We did have some issues with our refrigerator upon installing but I called Justin and he had a tech out to fix it the next day. Very good customer service and communication. Fast response. They took time to answer my calls and help me through the issues. Can’t recommend enough!

  Such amazing people ! Lala and Justin were super friendly and helped us get a great deal! We were in and out in no time and super satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - they are a waste of time!!!

  We purchased a Maytag dryer from Old Town Appliance last month. Unfortunately, the heating element went out, but the service team at Old Town Appliance was so accommodating! They came out to our home the same day we called and returned the next day to replace the heating element FREE OF CHARGE! They were so professional, friendly and FAST. We would definitely refer anyone in the market for pre-owned appliances to purchase from Old Town Appliance!

  First they didn't bring all my appliances and didn't communicate that they weren't bringing them. I Had to reschedule delivery three times. Unprofessionally kept blaming their driver. When the driver did come they only sent him alone to unload and load all the appliances totaling 5. The driver put a hole in our floor while delivering the refrigerator. When we told them and sent a picture we received no apology or feedback. In fact, my business partner went up there the following Monday twice, and they were conveniently not available or not there, even though their hours are posted as 9-6pm. Never. Going. Back.
