  the associate I dealt with was above and beyond kind. i have a disabled brother who is a bit loud and hyper and she was folding clothes nearby and kept him entertained by asking him questions and joking around with him.....i wish I knew her name but it's interactions like this that go along way

  Love this store. The only complaint I have is this place don't have enough AC it's also sooo hot in there all year around. There were multiple occasion people have passed out in there and emergency ambulance was called.

  SUMMERTIME CLOTHING AT OLD NAVY ALWAYS GETS A GOOD RATING FROM ME , WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LACK OF VARIETY IN THE BATHING SUIT DEPARTMENT THIS YEAR. LINES ARE SUPER LONG BUT THEY ALWAYS DO WELL MOVING THE LINE. ALSO, THEY OPEN LITTLE PAYMENT KIOSKS THROUGHOUT THE STORE TO HELP ALLEVIATE THE MAIN REGISTERS.

  Store is on the 2nd floor. They usually have great discounts, I really like their tees, very comfortable.
