::Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Lines are always extremely long and they only have one or two people working the registers every time I go. The service I received today was the last straw and I’ll definitely shop at another Old Navy. Save yourself a headache and go to another old navy.

::Staff is not very helpful. I went in to this location last week and the staff just stood around playing on their cellphones. Where is Management?

::Can get good deals but the lines are slow and employees openly discuss customers they don’t like. Took about 20min to get through a line on a Thursday while I listened to an employee complain about a lady who just left from a return. Why would I shop here if your gonna joke about me once I’m out the door?
