  Worst trucking company I have ever dealt with. They called me on Friday to schedule delivery for Monday. Nobody showed up on Monday and never called. I called them on Tuesday and they told me that the driver is going to be in before we close. Nobody ever showed up and never called. No customer service ethics at all. I will avoid this company in the future and let everyone I know to do the same.

  Made me wait for delivery 9-17. at 17:30 i called a dispatcher and she told me that the truck broke-down and will get to me some after 6. at 7pm dispatcher called again to said that they will deliver next day 9-5. No sorry, nothing.

  For drivers, this is the BKN terminal. It is very tight but the jockies help out a lot. Security will check you in and take your manifest. Pull straight in and park along either side. Break your set and the jocky will park your tail. If he's not busy he will park your lead as well. The jocky will also help you set up your outgoing set. Be sure to help him by placing your dolly and hooking it when he brings the lead.

  It's an ok pick up and drop off point they deliver pretty much everything everywhere
