  I came in for a graduation party with 10 people. I ordered a pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and pineapple calzone to go because my food arrived half an hour after the rest of the parties food. I got home and the 1st bite I took had a slimy mushroom in it. I called to speak with a manager and a server told me I could not speak to a manager because they were too busy, but she could take a message and have them call me back after midnight on a Wednesday night. I have a job to go to in the morning and that would not help. I asked if they could just replace the calzone and she said it would be over an hour to get my order correct. I said that doesn't work and she hung up me. Keep my 12 dollars, your company is a joke. This was my 1st and last time I will ever step foot in an old Chicago.

  Good fast service, good food, and amazing staff! The hostess was so great she let my 4 year old son pick where we sat and he just thought that was the coolest thing in the world! Definitely will be returning!!

Depending on whether you want to dine alone, go on a cozy date or be part of a rowdy, cheering group of sports fans, Old Chicago (OC)can accommodate! Of course, you may want to watch the time and day, plus check OC's social calendar to ensure the proper atmosphere!

  Slow service, pizza hut is better than the slop they served us. We ordered the meat me pizza which consisted of 1 olive per slice, 1 Canadian bacon triangle & 1 piece of sausage. Undercooked and waiter only came to table 3x once to take order, once to deliver bill and last to run card. (Another waitress delivered the pizza without plates, had to ask for plates) Manager came by table, said she was the new manager and asked if the pizza was good, when I replied not really anything special, she moved on to the next table without a reply. We won't be back.

  It took me almost an hour to get a carry out order. Got there at 11:40 am, left at 12:36. I actually had to ask if someone would check to see if anyone was actually working on my order. My burger was okay, it was cooked properly (medium) but I ordered a barbecue bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon nor barbecue sauce. The fries were limp, dry, and unseasoned in any way. After taking so long to get a burger the first time, I couldn't afford the time to go and wait another hour for my order to be fixed. I had been to this location in the past, but never doing a carry out order. Maybe carryout has low priority? I'm not sure, I saw people come in, get seated, and receive their food before me. I was overall very disappointed, and am unlikely to return to this location for food.
