  Decent price and location. Didn't like the first room because it was too noisy by the elevator so they moved us to a new room that is much quieter. Over a nice stay for when you're on a budget

  Our personal stay at Ohana East was below average. The front desk staff were very attentive and professional, which we greatly appreciated. However, the room we had was not very clean, the AC started dripping water whenever we turned it on, the patio door was rusty and hard to open, the shower was just dirty, and it was overall very plain. Our room was also right in front of the elevator, which was very loud at night. We requested a different room and told we would get one but the manager never followed up with us on that offer. The gym is also just a glass room in the lobby with very few equipment. The pool was always clean though which made it very enjoyable. Aside from the actual building itself, the location was exceptional. Very close to public transit, the beach, shuttle busses, food, and etc. You can ride the pink line for free by showing your key card!

  Nice, large, clean rooms. Pleasant view even on the city side. Friendly staff. Convenient to Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and local transportation. In room amenities include iron and board, safe, mini fridge, tv, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

  Good location, close to restaurants, the beach, and right across the street from the Kings Village. Rooms were clean but dated, they were also on central air; could only turn the air on or off, you couldn't change the temperature. The Waikiki Trolley was very convenient, just show your hotel key card and you can get on for free!

  So we stayed here for a night. The service at the front desk was garbage they are always rude. My husband and I have stayed here over 3 times. The room was quite expensive for the quality of the penthouse. But. The view was INCREDIBLE. We were treated poorly and the front desk threatened us with a 250$ fine if we didn't check out immediately. Who knew incense burning is considered smoking. We about had it with this hotel until we ran into the person who actually owns it. He was compassionate down to earth and we could tell that our comfort mattered to him truly.
