  The driver of taxi #31 was driving recklessly on the Grand Central Parkway, by Laguardia, forcing me to either have to get onto the burb or stop short - he came right into my lane. Reckless, unprofessional, dangerous. And he had a passenger in his car.

  Dispatcher did not know where Highlands was located. He hung up on me. I called again to tell he was juet down the shore. From me & he hung up

  I got the impression the driver had a few drinks in him. Also he picked up a couple of other rides without telling us why he was making a detour. The dispatcher said the ride was $10, well he decided to charge $5 a head. I didnt leave a tip.
