  my boyfriend had his phone screen replaced at office max and since getting it replaced his phone has had many problems. if he taps on the screen it taps in a completely different area. it opens apps and pages by itself. highly dissatisfied.

  They definitely get the job done but they don't look like they're happy doing it.

  Literally the worst customer service ever! 7 people working and they all stayed up front, whenever we asked for details or prices (everything expensive didn't have prices on it).. they had really bad attitudes. You should take the 10 minute drive across town to another store or just go to Staples Best Buy or Walmart

  Very hard to find what I was searching for. There were different variations in 4 different places. Also, 3 different associates, and not one asked if I needed any help.
