  I came to this location to purchase an iPhone charger. Got a little help, went searching for a laptop charger got a little help with that as well. I found cheaper iPhone chargers where I was looking for a laptop charger and the security guard informed me that the manager “recognized me” (never been to this store in my life) and wanted me to evacuate the premises. Still confused AF as to why I was randomly selected be escorted out.

  I called to get a few answers on printing there. I spoke to a manager named Aaron and he was totally unprofessional. He hung up on me twice without the intention of helping me at all. I will never go here again. It is totally unacceptable the way he treated me and it’s a disgrace to what managers stand for. He should not be a manager at all.

  Print Services. Easy to upload from my chromebook the document I needed printed. I found the availability this service online. Within a couple of hours I received a call text and email letting me know the document was ready. When I arrived, the female behind the desk needed little if any cues as to why I was there. She recalled speaking to me when it was ready and she had it out and ready to hand to me immediately. For 10 cents to print a one page document for signing purposes, this transaction has a lot of clout. I got more than I needed for my 10 cents. When was the last time you felt you got your 10 cents worth? This was old school, common customer service. You get treated the same as everyone else, regardless of how much you're spending.

  Very helpful and friendly. Would shop there again because of the people being so helpful.
