::Customer service was outstanding. However their inventory was lacking. Went to get 3 items, only one of which did they have.

::I went in to mail a few items. The clerk at copy/postal desk didn’t bother to acknowledge me for several minutes. Her attire was very unprofessional, with her butt hanging out of her jeans and shirt pulled tight and pulled up mid-way to her back. I didn’t think she was an employee. When she asked me what I wanted and I told her, she said “we ain’t no post office”. She told me to go to a post office to mail my stuff (one of my items was a Fedex package and their signs show they are a Fedex drop off location - but she didn’t want to be bothered). I asked where a post office was. She said “Greenville”. I asked if she could tell me how to get there. She said “get on the highway and exit Greenville”. I said “is it right there or do I have to turn left/right?” She let out a sigh, obviously pissed at being disrupted. She got on her headset and asked where the nearest post office was. I said “or just a mail drop off - I’m just trying to send this Fedex and mail a payment to irs.” She came back a minute later saying “oak lawn and cedar springs - but it’s too late. They closed at 3:30”. I reminder her I was just sending mail that was ready to go, as I am looking at Fedex scales, computer and signs showing Fedex drop off. She said “ you can’t mail that stuff today anywhere round here.” Of course, the post office doesn’t take Fedex packages and dropping off a letter is available anytime at the post office. It turns out there are a number of us mail drop offs and Fedex drop off locations in this area (including this location, that should always take Fedex). She just couldn’t be bothered, so it’s likely I will not bother shopping here most of the time - a pity considering how close they are to my home.

::I received poor customer service today. I requested some paper samples of resume, parchment, and linen for a project to compare before purchasing an entire sheaf. This was refused saying they could only provide one sample unless the other paper types were needed for a specific job. I said that I would pay for 5 black and white prints of nothing on each paper type in order to have the samples. The answer was a flat no from the manager through the ear phone and the manager would not come speak with me in person. The employee said they were very busy and did not have time for my request. There were about five customers in the entire store. I considered this very dismissive and rude. The experience was off putting as a whole. I hope that the ownership considers that future business is built on customer service, not simply having products in a building for sale. I offer two stars rather than one for the fact that the employee gave me a sample of one of the three requested paper types free of charge, in order to get me to leave.

::The customer service was top notch. I was looking for a hard to find cable for my phone and they were sold out. However, the salesman informed me of the instock date and if I needed it sooner, I could order it online and pick it up the next day. I highly recommend this location.
