  I called today since I haven receive the affidavit of service via mail and needed it to file for custody and the person who answered the phone was suorr rude and has attitude. Wished I went to a different place and paid someone else's t do the serve.

  Before you go serving renters with eviction notices find out IF landlords are current on their mortgage payments, otherwise their getting free money, screwing the lender over and and at the tail end of it all having YOU do their dirty work when you kick the tenant out on the streets.... dumbasses

  Was able to serve the defendant on time even with a compressed deadline. I can see why other reviews say they are rude, but as long as you do your research and don't ask stupid questions, they are really helpful. Will definitely use them again if needed.

  I have called them every Monday for the past 6 weeks about 2 motor homes that have been parked in the same place in my neighborhood. Their recording says it may take up to 14 days for a ticket to be placed on the vehicle and we are now going on 60. You created the expectation of 14 days so GET IT DONE!!!
