  Lackadaisical, uninterested customer service. The shippers and freight companies they use are horrible! Both times we ordered furniture from them and we got the email confirmation from the shipper, the shipper had the wrong address and took several phone calls to correct. The first time, I didn't know it was an additional charge for "inside deliver" because no one told me, and I had to call several times to try and correct. Then the freight company said they couldn't deliver inside because we had 2 steps to our front door!
