  I live in downtown and rarely frequent this store. Each time has been a decent experience in distant memory. However, this time was simply outstanding. I am not overstating this by the way. I walked in and was greeted by Gilbert. You could tell he was genuinely interested in helping me. I don't know, maybe he was having a great day or something, but the positive energy was palpable. Anyways, I had questions about a mouse which he promptly looked up for me and more importantly, helped me decide on a purchase. He was personable and original. It's folks like him that keep brick and mortar alive in an online world. Needless to say, pretty much, I will be back vs ordering via Amazon. I'll pay a little extra, I don't care. Also, I want to mention someone named Theo. He was quick at the register and offered different protection plans and other options. Both folks were kind, personable, and professional.

  When I got there I saw a sign that said free store pickup but they were out of stores to pick up. Instead I got something laminated and had a pleasant and robust experience.:-)

  SUCH sweet staff. Everytime I come in, they go above and beyond to help me, without hassle. I'm from Texas and it's not often in Portland I get an immediately warm friendly smile, a "hello", and "how are you doing?" with it being completely sincere. Love coming here.

  Had some invitations printed here and Andrew was more than extremely helpful! He offered to help me use a paper cutter that was really difficult for me to figure out and was so friendly while doing so! There was an employee named Gilbert who was very very rude to 2 different customers that I witnessed and was very belittling and borderline yelling at another employee in front of me. Worst professionalism I've witnessed in a long time. I'm only leaving 5 stars because Andrew provided such above and beyond customer service.
