  Bertha the “customer service manager” on Evans Ave. is completely rude which is ridiculous considering she’s literally the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Would it kill you to smile a little? Even a fake smile? Or say a word? Other than just stare at me and tell me to go find it in one of the aisles? Jesus Bertha.

  Office Depot is the most overpriced place I have ever stepped foot into. I hadn't been in a while and see why. The amounts they charge for things is outrageous. Literally double the price for the same things.or some quality on basically all office supplies. I would never shop here. I'd say only shop here if you are a fan of wasting money when.its not necessary. And this location the checkout area was a complete mess which isn't good for customer experience either.

  The Copy & Print shop here is fantastic! The guy that helped me print and laminate my cake decorating portfolio sheets did a great job. Most OfficeMax/Depots don't have a heat laminator, they're put into little sheets that mostly adhere to itself not the paper, so it can't be trimmed right up to the page, and definitely not cropping the page after lamination, but this one has a hefty laminator that adheres to the paper and really did my portfolio justice. The lamination sheets had gotten put into the machine upside down by a previous worker but he said he'd have them ready the next day if I could come back in to pick them up then. He fought with swapping around the giant rollers that night and had them ready when he said they would be the next day. Wonderful service and great product!

  Beautiful experience, expert staff able to understand exactly how to bring to life the vision I had for some business pamphlets. Bruce Taylor was the specialist who helped me out. He was efficient, good natured, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I will will be asking for Bruce for all my custom print jobs in the future !
