  Colored people beware. I was racially profiled at This store yesterday. They had the nerve to stand by the door while I was walking around because I was walking around slow because I was tired from working 64 hours and 4 days. I was lounging around and not really in a rush they assumed I was going to steal something. The guy stood at the door until I made my purchase and then had the nerve to leave as soon as I made my purchase. When I told the manager he did not even look at me you stayed texting on his phone and said he was sorry without paying any attention to me. I will not go back to this store again and I will be calling the corporate office to let them know that the racial profiling is not accepted. **************Update************** I never received a call back from headquarters about the incident either. Just goes to show how much they value how their customers are treated.

  After leaving best buy because I was being ignored, I came here and received prompt and courteous service. I told the salesperson what exactly I was looking for and he had narrowed it down to two items. And both were priced slightly less than the prices at Best buy. I was happy with the service provided. I have not opened the box yet of my purchase.

  Unfortunately it is still a bad experience I'm trying to make a claim, but no one has been able to help me and keep complicating the process. I feel Office Depot and Asurion have let me down this time.
