::Friendly, honest, reliable, and most importantly does the job correctly by doing research about your bike before jumping in. They rebuilt my Enfield engine and provided regular maintenance.

::I had a very good experience with odd ball. On Friday, Oct 5th, I chose Odd Ball Cycle to fix my rear tire on my Kawaski ZZR600, because the location is close to my house. It was a little difficult to find considering it's part of an automotive garage (no sign saying "Odd Ball"). But after I found the location and pulled into the shop, I was greeted by a friendly guy named Shawn Hammett. Shawn is the owner of Odd Ball Cycle. His father owns the garage, to which Shawn will soon be taking ownership of both shops. Odd ball specializes in cruiser-type bikes, such as Harleys, but the staff said they'd be able to replace the rear tire on my Kawasaki Zzr600. I then told them I would bring them a tire Monday. The following 11 days I was slammed at work, leaving at 6 am and getting home at 8 pm and was never able to bring them a tire. Then, unfortunately, I had to go to Seattle for an unexpected conference. And despite my lack of communication and planning, Shawn and staff remained friendly and understanding. They offered to order a tire for me, considering my situation which I quickly accepted. The prices for the tire and labor were great and they kept a professional attitude towards the situation the entire time. I will certainly do business again.
